Scadenza candidature 07/02/2020 Operation Manager Assistant - Haiti Starting Date: ASAP Objective: To support the Haiti OM in assuring compliance to policy and procedure according to Donor’s request and in line with AVSI general guideline. Reporting to: Operation Manager Specific Duties:

To provide the liaison between Project Manager and Operations Department in order to assure compliance with the given project in particular according to Logistic (procurement’s, registers), and Administrative requirement (budget monitoring, payment and expenses proceedings, official agreements) and give support for HR issue correct salary allocation;
To assist in the allocation for Local Staff for payroll process;
To guarantee that Logistic Procedures and Processes are in compliance with AVSI Rules and Donors Requirements;
To assist the financial department in reviewing project’s reporting at related documentation;
To assist in supervising processes and project at any Peripheral Offices for AVSI Haiti;
To perform other related tasks to ensuring effective functioning of operations.

Essential requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent;
Proficiency in French;
MS Office domain;
Experience in administrative/accounting sector;
Experience in Logistics sector appreciated;
Understanding of project cycle management;
Excellent organizational, planning and analytical method skills;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;

Desirable requirements:

Previous experience with NGO
