Scadenza candidature 15/06/2021 Graphic Designer & Video editor - Italia Role: Graphic Designer & Video editor Location: Remote Department: Advocacy Direct Supervisor: Advocacy Director Status: Part time Starting date: Immediate Duration: 6 months, renewable Compensation: €700-750 Role description Still I Rise, an international NGO, works on the development and implementation of humanitarian projects aimed at the education and support of refugee children and teenagers, is looking for a Graphic Designer & Video editor to join its Advocacy Team. The selected person will be in charge of supporting the activities of the department through the development and creation of concepts, graphics and short videos for a variety of communication channels, following the characteristics of Still I Rise's organisation coordinated image. Key Responsibilities

Develop concepts, images, graphics and layouts for the advocacy related communication according to the coordinated image of the organization
Tailor social media content to each platform (FB, IG)
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Amend designs after feedback
Testing graphics across various media
Editor short videos
Designing your own artistic and content creation workflow

Essential requirements

In-depth knowledge of the main graphic processing and layout programs (Photoshop, InDesign)
Basic knowledge of video editing
Aptitude for digital image processing, especially for social networks
Knowledge of the main social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn) in order to develop the most suitable materials for each channel
Creativity, spirit of initiative to propose innovative solutions
Knowledge of the non profit scene
