Descrizione del ruolo:
Supportare il dipartimento progetti internazionali di COSV nella attività di progettazione e di analisi delle strategie progettuali (aree Mozambico, Zimbabwe e Europa)
Collaborare nella stesura di progetti di Cooperazione Internazionale (aree Mozambico, Zimbabwe e Europa)
Effettuare ricerche attive su contesti, fonti, partner e paesi di attività del Cosv
Svolgere attività di ricerca da fonti italiane ed internazionali
Supportare la supervisione operativa ed amministrativa delle fasi progettuali
Requisiti :
Buona conoscenza del Project Cycle Management e dei principali strumenti di cooperazione internazionale
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C2)
Ottima conoscenza pacchetto office e internet
Ottime capacità di ricerca su web
Buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione
Background accademico in Economia/Finanza preferibile

JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR

Role: Junior Administrator
Location: Mozambique – Maputo. With missions on field, 1 month training in Milan
Starting date: 23/10/2017
Lengh of contract: 7 months – extendable
Deadline for applications: 20/10/2017
Objective of the position:
Reporting to COSV Mozambique Programme Coordinator, the Junior Administrator supports the Program in the correct management of COSV administrative and financial sector in the country, according to COSV and donors procedures. The selected candidate will start preferably on October 23rd with a full time training session in Milan, for at least one month.
Description of the role:
Support Project Managers in compliance with donors procedures, with a specific focus on procurements;
Supervise the local administrative team in the punctual accomplishment of their tasks;
Check monthly the documents as per COSV procedures, provide support to colleagues for necessary integrations;
Monitor the administrative and financial implementation of the projects, as per contracts, and provide timely updates to the Program Coordinator;
Supervise the correctness of contacts, insurances and documents, manage the local archive and guarantee the update and matching with the information in HQ;
Check and update local inventories, planning and supervising the needed maintenance;
Candidate Specification
Essential competency and experience requirements:
Educated in relevant discipline (Economics/Finance/International Projects Management)
Knowledge of project accounting and donors procedures
Office management, administration & procurement skills
Knowledge and working experience with double-entry accounting preferable
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of English and Italian, Portuguese preferable
Ability to prioritise and deliver results on time
Must be flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn
