Junior Communication Expert – Etiopia
JCP Srl is identifying a Junior Expert in communication to raise awareness about the EU-Ethiopia cooperation programme among the Ethiopian publics and more specifically to communicate the results of the following 4 EU programmes:
- RESET II- Resilience Building and Creation of Economic Opportunities in Ethiopia
- RESET Plus- Building Resilience to impacts of EL Nino through O=Integrated Complementary Actions to the EU Resilience Building Programme in Ethiopia
- DDRM- Decentralisation of Disaster Risk Management in Ethiopia
- PROSEAD- Promotion of Sustainable Ethiopian Agro industrial Development.
S/He will be responsable for the overall implementation of the project.
The Team Leader will liaise with the EU Delegation to Ethiopia and will be responsible for the provision of the requested service.

Duration: 3 years starting from March 2020

Qualifications:
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or similar. In the absence of such a degree, the candidate must have direct professional experience of a minimum of 5 years in the areas of drafting, editing, photography and videophotography which must be above and beyond the general professional experience described immediatelly below:
- Experience of a minumum of three years in the areas of drafting, editing, photograpy and videophotograpy
- Knowledge and understanding of the media landscape and country context of Ethiopia
- Experience interacting with beneficiaries of project.
