Scadenza candidature 24/02/2020 Team Leader | Communication Specialist - Zambia JCP Srl is identifying a team leader, expert in public relations/communication/digital marketing/journalism/advertising or related field to enhance the communication and visibility of the IAEREP (The Italian Association of Environmental and resource Economists) and LTDRP (Lusaka Transmission and Distribution Rehabilitation Project) actions. Location: Lusaka, Zambia Language: Fluently english (both written and spoken). Local Languages would be an asset. Duration: 4 years starting from March 2020 Deadline to apply: Monday, February 24th, 2020 Scope of the Project: The aim of the project is to provide clean, reliable and affordable energy especially to the peri-hurban population as well as remove policy and regulatory barriers that forbid public and private organisaton from promoting and applying renewable energy and energy effiency solution in Zambia. The team Leader is supposed to increase the visibility of the IAEREP and LTDRP actions with a special focus on integrating the various information, communication and visibility activities about their access-to-clean-energy programms. Qualifications:

At least a taught Master's Degree in one the following areas: public relations, communication, digital marketing, journalism, advertising or related field, or, in its absence, relevant general professional experience of 5 years in addition to the years set out in the general professional experience plus a Bachelor's Degree or relevant technical or professional qualification in one of the afore-mentioned areas (minimum requirement).
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience(minimum requirement);
At least 2 service contracts in a position of Team Leader (minimum requirement);
Proven experience in managing at least 2 thematic campaigns (minimum requirement);
Proven experience in the full range of communications approaches, tools and methodologies related to planning, executing and monitoring of communication work (minimum requirement);
Experience in managing campaigns in the energy sector (desirable);
Good computer skills in standard office packages and main computer operating systems and interfaces (minimum requirement);
Strong ability to edit and communicate complex messages in everyday terms and in a compelling and effective way (minimum requirement)
Planning and organisational skills (desirable);
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal / external partners in a multicultural environment (desirable);
Ability to diplomatically handle sensitive situations with target audiences (desirable).
