Main Objective
EMERGENCY is currently in the process of introducing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution. Among the many areas impacted by such a challenging project, the pharmaceutical procurement operations is one of crucial importance. The cornerstone of every software-based model is data quality.
We are looking for a Junior Data Management Specialist to assist in the creation of a centralized and standardized product registry of all Pharmaceutical and Medical Device and Diagnostic products in use in our Hospitals, with the aim of ensuring the success of the data set up and migration into the new ERP system.
The intern should be proactive with a strong sense of ownership, analytical, with an attitude to schematize information into data structures.
Primary responsibilities
- Data Mapping
- Data Extraction from heterogeneous multi sources
- Data cleaning and optimization
- Data transformation and reorganization in a multi-level registry structure
- Cross-referencing, merging, and consolidation of data from multiple sources (tables, referential files or other relevant sources)
- Final data quality validation
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of data quality concepts and processes
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Good knowledge of English
Nice to have
- Master in ETL/Big Data/Data Management
- Previous experience working with SQL queries, stored procedures
- Working experience of managing data conversions, source to target mappings, testing, and operations
- Working experience of data modelling, normalization and data warehousing
